These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of Rheumis Ltd Gift Cards. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Platform: This Gift Card is valid exclusively for the purchase of eligible goods and services online at the Rheumis Ltd official website.
Balance: If the total order value is less than the value of the Gift Card, the remaining balance will be stored for future use within the original validity period. If the order exceeds the card value, the difference must be paid via an alternative accepted payment method.
Limitations: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Expiration: This Gift Card is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Forfeiture: Any remaining balance upon the expiry of the 12-month period will be forfeited and the card will be deactivated. Rheumis Ltd is not obligated to provide notice prior to expiry.
Security: The Gift Card should be treated as cash. Rheumis Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards.
Replacement: Replacement of lost or stolen cards is at the sole discretion of Rheumis Ltd and may require proof of purchase and the original card identification number.
Product Returns: Items purchased using a Gift Card that are returned will be refunded as a credit back to a Gift Card or as a store credit, subject to our standard Return Policy.
Card Refunds: Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the purchase is finalized.
